Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that our customers are treated with the utmost respect and clarity.   1. Services Offered

Weblitech IT Solutions provides a range of digital marketing services including, but not limited to, website development, landing page design, Facebook marketing, Google Ads, graphic design, WhatsApp marketing & automation, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing, ORM, social media management, and GMB SEO.

  1. Refund Policy

3.1 Service-Based Refunds

  • Website Development & Design Services: Refund requests will only be considered if the project has not progressed beyond the initial design phase and the request is made within 7 days of payment.
  • Digital Marketing Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing, which involves upfront costs and time investments, refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as non-delivery of services as outlined in the service agreement. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the campaign start date.
  • Subscription-Based Services: For monthly subscription services like social media management, refunds will not be provided once the service period has commenced.
  • Refund Process – Once Refund is Approved it Takes 7 Working Days to Credit Back To Original Mode Of Payment.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, including consultation fees, third-party software or tool costs, and any custom services tailored specifically for the client, are non-refundable.

  1. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Project Cancellation

  • Before Work Commences: Clients may cancel their projects at any time before work has commenced for a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
  • After Work Commences: If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has begun, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the client.

4.2 Ongoing Services
For ongoing services like monthly retainers or subscription-based services, clients must provide at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to cancel their service. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the charge for the following month.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, Weblitech IT Solutions will strive to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated as per Razorpay’s dispute resolution process.

  1. Changes to This Policy

Weblitech IT Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
